Protection against magic, evil eye etc.

Rasul-ullah (Sallaho Alaihe Wassallam) used to invoke Allahs (SWT) protection against the mischief of the jinies and the evil gaze of men (using various words), until Allah (SWT) revealed the Mu’awwadhatayn (Surah Falaq, and Surah An-Naas) on him. So he held firmly to those and discarded all others. (Tirmidhi)
